SALEM, New Hampshire — For the last two weeks, street signs, barricades and traffic cones have been disappearing from the town of Salem, New Hampshire. Now, police have found a stash of them.

They found 27 street signs, and an assortment of traffic control, dead-end, "no outlet," and "not a thru street" signs. They also found barricades, cones, a bag full of nuts and bolts and sign holders.

Police issued arrest warrants for 21-year-old Christopher Mejia of Methuen, Massachusetts, and for 19-year-old Charles Foster of Salem, on charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft.

The Eagle Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1qeCiNQ) Mejia turned himself in Monday. Foster is expected to turn himself in later this week. It wasn't immediately known if they had lawyers.
