GLENDALE, Arizona — Glendale police are searching for two people considered persons of interest in a man's shooting death.

Police said Thursday that they are trying to identify a man and a woman who were seen on surveillance video interacting with 25-year-old Damon Brandon Yazzie earlier this month.

They say Yazzie, of Chinle, was found July 12 with multiple gunshot wounds near 6600 W. Georgia Avenue.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to investigators, all three exited a bus and began walking. Yazzie and the woman then had some sort of argument.

The other man got involved and he and Yazzie were seen running into a neighborhood.

Yazzie was shot and killed moments later.

The man and woman were last seen running together just north of Don Mensendick School.
