COLUMBIA, Tennessee — Authorities say two people have been fatally shot during a family dispute in Maury County.

According to WTVF-TV (http://bit.ly/1KSFWXM), officials with the Columbia Police Department confirmed that 67-year-old Sharron Cantrell, principal of Spring Hill Elementary School, was one of two people killed Saturday when an altercation broke out in Columbia.

The other victim has been identified as Cantrell's 63-year-old brother, Tom Caulk.

Police said the shooting was the result of a family dispute. Authorities are investigating.
