CONCORD, New Hampshire — A New Hampshire man has pleaded guilty to Social Security fraud, receiving over $71,000 in disability benefits while working full-time for a construction company.
The U.S. Attorney's office says Craig Luksza's income from his job would have rendered him ineligible to receive disability benefits. He did not report the work to the Social Security Administration. In December 2013, he told the agency he hadn't worked since December 2008.
The 34-year-old Luksza of Chichester faces up to five years in prison. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 29.
