SAN LUIS OBISPO, California — San Luis Obispo police say they have arrested a resident after finding numerous digital images and videos of child pornography during a search of his home.
A police statement says 57-year-old Christopher Daniel Kluck was jailed Wednesday after detectives served a warrant prompted by information from a member of a Central California task force on Internet crimes against children.
Four computers, seven hard drives as well as thumb drives were seized. Police say a search found images of children who appeared to be between the ages of 10 and 17.
A forensic computer specialist determined there are thousands of files containing images and video, and police say it will take several weeks to determine how many contain child pornography.
A phone message left for Kluck seeking comment was not immediately returned Thursday.
