New York has now re-signed four players from last year's team who were free agents: Brown, linebacker Mark Herzlich, and running backs Henry Hynoski and Chris Ogbonnaya. Thomas; return man/receiver Dwayne Harris; and offensive tackle Mitchell Newhouse.
