CHEYENNE, Wyoming — Wyoming's unemployment rate remained at 4 percent in February.
While the rate is unchanged from January, it is slightly lower than the 4.3 percent recorded a year ago in February 2014.
And it is lower than the national rate of 5.5 percent.
The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services reports that most county unemployment rates changed little from January to February of this year.
Niobrara County reported the lowest unemployment rate in February at 3.3 percent, followed by 3.4 percent in Goshen, 3.5 percent in Albany and 3.6 percent in Converse counties.
The highest unemployment rates were found in Lincoln County with 6.3 percent, Fremont and Johnson with 6 percent each, and Sublette with 5.9 percent.
