COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa — The trial for a southwest Iowa man charged with murder in the shooting death of woman has been delayed for a fifth time.
The Council Bluffs Daily Nonpareil reports (http://bit.ly/1rGdyyY ) the trial for 63-year-old Robert Reynolds, of Oakland, was set to begin Sept. 30 but was delayed until Oct. 14.
Reynolds is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 64-year-old Patricia Kinkade-Dorsey on April 8.
Court documents allege the two got into an argument and that Reynolds shot Kinkade-Dorsey multiple times in his kitchen.
