PHILADELPHIA — Officials say firefighters spent almost two hours working to contain a warehouse fire in southwest Philadelphia.

The blaze was reported around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on 70th Street and Cobbs Creek Parkway.

Officials say much of the two-story building was engulfed by the flames. The three-alarm fire was extinguished around 11 p.m.

No injuries were reported. Officials say the warehouse was empty at the time of the blaze.
