JUNEAU, Alaska — Juneau police say they have identified five minors involved in vandalism at a local middle school.

KINY (http://is.gd/sKl6EF) says that parents of the kids contacted police to report that their children might have been involved in the July 26 incident at Dzantik'i Heeni (zahn-tah-kah-HEE'-nee) Middle School.

The five boys are between the ages of six and 16.

Police say the boys are believed to have caused a small explosion with aerosol cans behind the school.

The boys also are suspected of damaging a window to get into the school, where a vending machine was pried open and snacks were taken.
