Republican Sen. Larry Tidemann says he's drafted a letter to Joop (yohp) Bollen that asks him to give of chronology of the EB-5 program in South Dakota.

Democratic lawmakers said this week the GOAC should issue subpoenas to seek answers regarding allegations of financial misconduct at the Governor's Office of Economic Development. The office ended its contract with Bollen's private corporation last year.
