CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says it has captured a man that was recently added to its top 10 most wanted list.

According to a statement, Jabriel Aireece Linzy of Knoxville was taken into custody on Tuesday at an apartment in Chattanooga without incident. He was added to the top 10 list last month.

The 18-year-old Linzy was wanted by the Knoxville Police Department and TBI on first-degree murder and other charges in the drive-by shooting death of Dominique Johnson on Oct. 3.

He was taken to the Knox County Jail.
