MINOT, North Dakota — The North Dakota Wheat Commission and the U.S. Durum Growers Association are holding their annual Crop Outlook and International Durum Forum in Minot.
The event at the Holiday Inn begins with a banquet and awards presentations Monday night and continues Tuesday morning with speeches and panel discussions.
The conference is designed as an informational session on the production, quality, pricing and marketing of North Dakota wheat. It's aimed at helping farmers make decisions on marketing this year's wheat crops and planting next year's.
North Dakota leads the nation in the production of both types of wheat.
