DETROIT — The judge overseeing Detroit's bankruptcy has set a specific time and date for his decision on the city's plan.
Judge Steven Rhodes says he'll announce it in court at 2 p.m. on Nov. 7.
He made the disclosure Monday after a full day of closing arguments, mostly by the city. Detroit says its plan to erase billions in debt and spend $1.7 billion on better services is fair and feasible.
