Bruce Kean Jr.
Bruce Kean Jr., 51, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012. He was a resident of Greenwood.
Bruce was born Dec. 17, 1960, in Franklin, the son of Bruce and Lois (Murphy) Kean Sr. They reside in Franklin.
He also is survived by his loving wife, Sara (Provost) Kean. They were married Dec. 23, 1981.
Other survivors include two children, Letha (Aaron) Clark and Josh Kean, both of Greenwood; and precious granddaughter, Kylie Clark of Greenwood. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Bruce was a 1978 graduate of Indian Creek High School. He attended Vincennes University.
He was employed by Kawneer in Franklin for 25 years. He most recently was employed with R.J. Aluminum in Indianapolis.
He was a member of Grace Assembly of God in Whiteland.
He loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Bruce most enjoyed spending time with his family and loved his rides with granddaughter, Kylie, in “PaPa’s” car.
The Rev. Wayne Murray will conduct a service at 11 a.m. Thursday at Flinn & Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St. (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
