James R. Cook
 

James R. Cook, 23, of Edinburgh, passed away at 5:15 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Born on Dec. 25, 1990, in Columbus, he was the son of Richard A. Cook and Julie A. (Rexroat) Cook of Edinburgh.

He is survived by his brothers, Brian Paul Cook and Andrew A. Cook, both of Edinburgh; his grandparents, Mary Rexroat and Kenny Gwin, both of Edinburgh; fiancee, Kayleigh D. Bowling of Edinburgh; and nieces, Maddison Cook of Daytona Beach, Florida, and Paisley A. T. Cook of Edinburgh.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Mary Gwin and grandfathers, Richard Cook and James W. Rexroat; uncle, Mike A. Gwin; and nephew, Paul A. Cook.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Grace Tabernacle Church, 512 W. Center Cross St., Edinburgh, with the Rev. Terry England officiating. Calling will be from noon until time of service Saturday at the church.

Arrangements are being handled by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh.
