Jean A. Lunt
Jean A. Lunt, 71, of New Whiteland, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014, at Franciscan St. Francis Health-Indianapolis.
She was born Oct. 26, 1942, in Detroit, to Leonhard and Marion (Aiken) Wild.
She married Jim Lunt on Oct. 29, 1960, in Quincy, Ill.; he survives.
She was a homemaker. She was a 1960 graduate of Quincy Senior High School and a member of Franklin Memorial Christian Church, where she was involved with her husband in the connection group.
She was an avid collector of recipes, dolls and dishes and enjoyed interior decorating.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Lunt of New Whiteland; a son, Dennis Lunt (Lisa) of
Camby; a grandson, Griffin Lunt of Camby; a brother, Leonhard Wild Jr. (Donna) of Quincy, Ill.; and a sister, Linda Smith (Sam) of Quincy, Ill..
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pastor Larry McAdams will conduct a service at 2 p.m. Monday at Swartz Family Community
Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 S. Morton St. (U.S. 31 South) in Franklin. Friends may call from noon until the service time Monday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Glenns Valley, Greenwood.
