Elizabeth Ford, 95, of Vincennes, passed away on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, at Willow Manor in Vincennes.
She was born on Oct. 19, 1918, in Sullivan, the daughter of A. Ray Wyman and Madie (Ward) Wyman. Elizabeth graduated from Sullivan High School and was a homemaker. She was a former member of The Sullivan First Christian Church.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert H. Ford; brother, Joseph Wyman; and one grandchild, John Nowacki.
Survivors include son, John (Nancy) Ford of Bruceville; three daughters, Clara (Ed) Woosley of Bruceville, BJ (Jim) Nowacki of Greenwood and Mary Jo (Marty) Block of Wisconsin; seven grandchildren, David (Brenda) Ford, Dan (Colenne) Ford, Emily (Mark) Ridgley, James Woosley, James Nowacki, Eva (Scott) Walls and Jane Block; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Banks and Brust Funeral Home, 400 N. Court St., Sullivan. Interment will follow in Palmers Prairie Cemetery in Sullivan County. Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Banks and Brust Funeral Home.
