Michael Roy Wagerman, 51, passed away on Friday, Jan. 18, 2014, at his residence in Whiteland.
He was born on Jan. 2, 1963, in Franklin to Harold and Hazel (Goode) Wagerman. He married Janet Kay (Fisher) Wagerman on July 20, 1984. She lovingly survives in Whiteland. He also is survived by son, Trevor (Lauren) Wagerman of Whiteland; beloved and cherished granddaughter, Cadyn Wagerman of Whiteland; two brothers, Harold Wagerman of Nineveh and Gary Wagerman of Franklin; and one sister, Nancy Wilson of Indianapolis. He also is survived by many special nieces and special nephews.
Mike was a 1984 graduate of Franklin High School. He was employed with Caterpillar in Franklin in quality engineering.
Mike was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Franklin. Mike enjoyed woodworking, art, music and his time as “Popeye” to Cadyn.
A service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St., (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
