David Lee Browning
David Lee Browning, 63, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, in Franklin. He was a resident of Franklin.
He was born Jan. 5, 1951, in Franklin to C. Denzil and Barbara Lee (Ware) Browning.
He married Darlene Linneman on Sept. 30, 1978. She lovingly survives in Franklin.
David also is survived by one son, Larry (Amanda) Browning of Whiteland; four grandchildren, Sadie, Bailey, Avery and Lacey; one sister, Carolyn (Steve) Merrick; three nephews; one niece; four great-nieces; and five great-nephews.
He was preceded in passing by his parents.
David was a 1970 graduate of Franklin Community High School.
He was employed with the city of Franklin in the department of public works for 32 years.
He enjoyed farming and cattle. He truly enjoyed spending time with his family.
A service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Flinn & Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St. (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
