Patricia Ann ‘Patty’ Setser

Patricia Ann “Patty” Setser, 47, passed away Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Greenwood.

She was born Dec. 26, 1966, in Beech Grove to John and Barbara (Green) Hall. They lovingly survive in Beech Grove.

She also is survived by her loving husband, Scott Setser, who resides in Greenwood. Other survivors include children, Michael (Amanda) Setser and Kimberly (Donald) Howell, both of Greenwood, and Alesha (Ethen) Haas of Irvington, Ky.; grandchildren, James, Elijah, Karalina and Alexis and expected grandson, Carson; and one sister, Jennifer (Benjamin) Herzog of Fountaintown.

She was preceded in passing by her grandmothers, Eunice Green and Dorothy Hall; and mother-in-law, Patricia D. Setser.

Patty was a 1985 graduate of Beech Grove High School.

She was employed by Target on the POG team at the Southport store for 14 years.

Patty loved music and enjoyed supporting her children in the marching band at Center Grove High School.

Patty was an avid bowler, bowling on Friday Nights with her husband, Scott, and son, Michael, on the Trophy House Bowling League at the Expo Bowling Alley in Beech Grove. They have enjoyed bowling together for many years. She also enjoyed all kinds of arts and crafts. She most loved spending time with her grandchildren.

A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Flinn & Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St. (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday the funeral home. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Glenns Valley, Greenwood.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Johnson County Humane Society and/or the American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home.
