Stephen D. Fulmer
Stephen D. Fulmer, 65, a resident of St. Augustine, Fla., since 2002, passed away unexpectedly Dec. 24, 2013, at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine.
He was born March 6, 1948, to Wilbert Eugene Fulmer and Mary Juwan (Jennings) at Johnson County Memorial Hospital in Franklin.
He graduated from Whiteland Community High School, where he excelled in football and track and field.
He is survived by his siblings, Myra (Lee) Duckworth, Joe (Barb), Dee Ann (Bill) Mattingly and Tim; three daughters, Minnda M. Fulmer, Sierra J. (Chris) Murray and Cayley R. Fulmer; and one grandchild, Cyrus H. Murray.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Tom.
Steve was an animal lover and humanitarian. He was a vegetarian for more than 40 years. He worked as a counselor for troubled teens and was a paramedic and a tour guide in St. Augustine.
He was a jolly and compassionate man, who could light up a room with his smile and evoke laughter with his contagious laugh and stories. He was dearly loved and will be missed and forever in our hearts.
