Emma Sue Yaden, 79, of Falls of Rough, Ky., formerly of Franklin, passed away Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, at Grayson Manor Nursing Facility in Leitchfield, Ky.
She was born Nov. 11, 1934, in Ohio, the daughter of the late Roy and Mabel Fight Langford.
She was a retired cafeteria worker and a caregiver to many.
She enjoyed crafts, her grandchildren, and attending Bible study and church group meetings.
She was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Franklin.
She is survived by three sons, Edward Linville Yaden and his wife, Grace, of Falls of Rough, Ky., Dwight Roy Yaden and his wife, Sasha, of Franklin and Dwayne Coy Yaden and his wife, Rachael, of Greenwood; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Linville Yaden; one grandchild, Christina Yaden; two sisters, Jean Johnson and Shirley Smallwood; and one brother, Billy Clemons.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 1400 Graham Road, Franklin. Brother Jim Fulkerson will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Vandivier-Tudor Chapel, 951 N. Main St., Franklin, and from 11 a.m. until time of services Friday at the church. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
