Maxine Lucille Grose, 88, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013.

Born April 1, 1925, in Washington, Ind., to the late Fred and Mamie Rhoades, she was a homemaker and longtime member of Bluff Creek Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Grose; and a son, Timothy D. Grose.

Survivors include a daughter, Eve (David O’Nan) Cundiff; a grandson, Shawn Cundiff; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens at Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Glenns Valley, Greenwood.
