Janet G. (Morrow) Baker
Janet G. (Morrow) Baker, 63, of Indianapolis passed away, Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013.
She was born May 26, 1950, in Indianapolis to the late James G. and Mildred M. (Fonseth) Morrow.
She married Ronald Baker on Sept. 30, 2000, and he survives. She is also survived by her children, Kari (Matt) Spence and Andrew Callahan; her grandchild, Lindy Spence; her sisters, Joan (Marvin) Striegel, Robin Morrow, Rosa (John) Alexander and Mary Morrow; brother, James G. Morrow, Jr.; and her first husband, William N. Callahan; along with several nieces and nephews.
Jan was a 1968 graduate of Greenwood Community High School and attended University of Indianapolis. Through the years she has worked for Rost Jewelers, Shane Company, State Farm Insurance, Humana and most recently for Allied Solutions.
She enjoyed playing golf, baking, music, writing and scrapbooking. She was a Colts and Pacers fan and enjoyed watching Notre Dame football and Indiana University basketball.
A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main St. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
