Robert E. Heller
Robert E. Heller, 74, of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013.
He was born May 23, 1938, in Detroit, son of Robert O. and Hannah J. (Wolfe) Heller.
He was in the insurance business for more than 25 years and an entrepreneur, having owned Superior Systems and Supply and rental properties. After selling Superior Systems, he continued working hard on his rental properties up until the time of his death.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Bobbie Ann Heller, in 2006.
He is survived by his children, William Scot (DeeAnn) Heller of Greenwood, Joseph Alan (Lynne) Heller of Brighton, Mich., Kimberly Ann (Richard) Balano of Kittery, Maine, and Mark Thomas (Cristi) Heller of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Matthew Heller, Benjamin Heller, Rebecca Arquette, Ryan Goodreau, Oliver Balano, Christopher Balano, Jory Sejdiu and Mitchell Heller; great-grandchildren, Norman and Nicholaus Arquette; a brother, James K. Heller of Grove City, Ohio; two sisters, Linda Hosman of Livonia, Mich., and Patricia Bloom of San Antonio; and a large extended family.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Flanner and Buchanan Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
