Harriet L. Morrow, 93, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013.
She was born Sept. 29, 1919, in Eaton, Ohio, to the late Ora and Florence Rife Cail.
Harriet was a graduate of Miami University.
She married Jack D. Morrow, and he preceded her in death in 2007.
Harriet was a teacher for Warren Township schools and a member of Old Bethel United Methodist Church. She loved reading, working crossword puzzles and spending time with family and friends.
Harriet is survived by her children, Rick (Sherry) Morrow and Carol (Ron) Barrett; a brother, R. Donald Cail; three grandchildren, Mike (Mary) Morrow, Dan Morrow and Megan (Bob) Bulow; four great-grandchildren, Katie, Emma, Samantha and Andrew Morrow; and two nephews, Charles and Tom (Linda) Cail.
A grandson, Peter Barrett, also preceded her in death.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Greenwood Village South Memorial Book Fund, in care of the funeral home.
