Jeffrey N. Gardner, 34, Camby, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Friday, Oct. 27, 1978, in Indianapolis to Larry W. and Lolita Diane (Murphy) Gardner.
Jeff was a 1997 graduate of North Central High School in Indianapolis and had attended Indiana Tech and Taylor University.
Survivors include his daughter, Kodie; brother, Larry Gardner, II; sisters, Stacy A. Gardner Ayers and Amy S. Gardner Collins.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. today at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1200 N. Indiana St., Mooresville.

Society in Martinsville is handling arrangements.
