Eugene Lowell Fair
Eugene Lowell Fair, 51, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Greenwood.
Eugene was born Dec. 21, 1961, in Dayton, Ohio, to Lowell and Florence (Alvey) Fair.
Eugene was a certified nursing assistant for 27 years and was employed with Homeview Health and Rehab in Franklin.
He enjoyed family vacations and was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Franklin, where he was active in the church, serving the Lord and with the deaf ministry.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Teresa (Sexton) Fair of Greenwood; a son, Marcus Fair of Greenwood; and his sister, Sue (Terry) Watterson of Florida.
Eugene was preceded in death by his parents.
The Rev. Rick Henry will conduct a funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 U.S. 31 North. Friends and family may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
