She was born June 1, 1941, to the late R.J. Methvin and Corrine (Dinwiddie) Carr in Houston, Texas.
Survivors include daughters, Tracy Butler (Brett) and Cara Wines (Matt) and grandchildren, Kye, Blake, Paige and McKenna.
Services will be conducted in Texas at a later date.
