Rosamond Marie (Walker) Hoffman, 89, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012. She was a resident of Columbia, Ill.
Rosamond was born Feb. 14, 1923, in Vincennes, to Edward and Marie (Meiners) Walker. She lived most of her life in Franklin and retired as a medical secretary.
Rosamond was an avid reader and an Indianapolis Colts fan.
Survivors include two children, Robert Paul Hoffman of Johnson City, Tenn., and Lisa (Richard) Koenigstein of Waterloo, Ill.; and two grandchildren, Robert Hughes of Franklin and Alexandra Taylor of St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hoffman; her parents, Edward and Marie Walker; and a sister, Dorthy Neighbors.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 114 Lancelot Drive, Franklin. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
