James William Dufek, 68, of Greenwood died Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 8, 1941, a son of Peter and Marie (Bannert) Dufek. They preceded him in death.
His wife of 45 years, Donna (Allen) Dufek, survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Barb (Greg) DeRiter and Carrie (Jeff) Alumbaugh; four grandchildren, Nick Reddy and Lindsey, Ross and Austin DeRiter; two stepgrandchildren, Sarah and Christopher Alumbaugh; three great-stepgrandchildren, Cameron, Chloe and Erin; and four brothers, Paul, Jerome and Donald Dufek and his twin brother, John Dufek.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Fred Dufek.
Mr. Dufek worked at Mallory Sonalert Products in sales for 40 years.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Jude Catholic Church, 5353 McFarland Road, Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.
