Kaylee Elizabeth Rose Sayer, 23 months, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, due to complications from holoprosencephaly (HPE) at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health.
Survivors include her parents, Thomas and Kaylynn Sayer of Franklin; a brother, Noah Michael Thomas Sayer; maternal grandparents and their spouses, Ricky L. Goodman and Alicia Glenn, and Regena and Gary Cooper; paternal grandmother, Tammy McMurtrey; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Vandivier-Tudor Chapel, 951 N. Main St. Franklin.Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.
