Jeremy Newland and Brittney Manley were married in an outdoor ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 7, 2013, at Mill Race Park. Judge Stephen R. Heimann officiated. A reception followed at the park.
The bride is the daughter of Carla Tompkins and Jeff Turnbow of Columbus. She is a law clerk with Voyles, Zahn & Paul and a law student at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
The groom is the son of Pam and Kenny Newland of Columbus. He is employed by Edwards Electrical and Mechanical.
Brooke Mays of Catonsville, Md., was maid of honor, and Emily Kain of Columbus was matron of honor. Marty Lasure and Sarah Hashman, both of Columbus, Whitney Wynn of Alexandria, Va., and Carrie Gilley of Seymour were bridesmaids. Kaylin Newland of Columbus was flower girl.
Jason Kain of Columbus was best man. Groomsmen were Chris Jewell and Rick Anderson of Brown County; Colin Fiesbeck of Fishers; and Kanen Hashman and Blake Turnbow of Columbus. Dylan Thixton of Columbus and Tye and Trey Thixton, both of Greenwood, were ushers. Maddox Mays of Catonsville was ring bearer.
