Rachel Lynn Burdine and James Eligha Whipker, both of Seymour, were married at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014, at Peace Lutheran Church, with Pastor Scott Roberts officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Karen Marcott of Vallonia and Rick and Kim Skaggs of Kurtz. The groom is the son of Gene and Becky Scott of Seymour and Edmund and Ruth Massie.
The bride wore a light silver, strapless ballgown.
Maids of honor were her daughters, Taylor Burdine and Miranda Burdine. They wore blush pink strapless dresses.
The bride graduated from Brownstown Central High School and is employed as office manager/co-owner of Maid To Sparkle Cleaning.
The groom graduated from Seymour High School and is employed by Aisin U.S.A. Manufacturing Inc. as a shipping supervisor. He also is a co-owner of Maid to Sparkle.
