Ms. Nay is the daughter of Eddie Nay of Elizabethtown and the late Janice Hendrickson Nay. She is a 1999 graduate of Columbus East High School and is employed by Long John Silvers.
Mr. Regan is the son of the late Billy L. Regan and Barbara L. Meredith. He is a 1989 graduate of Columbus East High School and is employed by Dorel.
The wedding will be at 3 p.m. July 28 at Mill Race Park.
