Theater and history buffs can get a peek at what it was like to live in a Nazi concentration camp in an upcoming high school play.
Center Grove High School will produce “Letters to Sala,” at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday and Saturday and at 2 p.m. Sunday at the school, 2717 S. Morgantown Road, Greenwood.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $4 for students and children.
The play tells the true story of Sala Garncarz Kirschner, a Polish Jew who spent five years in Nazi labor camps.
She wrote more than 350 letters while in the camp and later shared the letters with her daughter.
