A Greenwood woman was arrested after police said she tried to sell prescription pills.

Debra Smith, 44, of 760 Wooddale Terrace, Apt. 10, was arrested on two charges of dealing a controlled substance.

Police were contacted and told a woman planned to sell 20 Xanax and 20 Vicodin pills. Smith was arrested, and a search turned up a cigarette pack containing the 40 pills, a Greenwood Police Department report said.

Smith was taken to the Johnson County jail, where she was being held on $80,000 bond.
