An Indianapolis woman was arrested after police said she sold drugs and tried to sell a stolen car to an undercover officer.
Nicole L. Parr, 29, of 6129 Amber Creek Lane, was arrested on charges of dealing methamphetamine, dealing in cocaine or narcotics and theft.
Parr sold two grams of methamphetamine for $200 to an undercover officer earlier this month, according to a police report. She also arranged to sell the officer a car for $2,000. Investigators found that the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe was stolen in April from Avis Budget Group at Indianapolis International Airport, the report said.
Police also arrested the woman’s mother, Theresa Mae Kennedy, 54, 6239 Amber Creek Lane, Indianapolis, who was waiting in the truck while police said Parr sold drugs to the undercover officer, the report said. Kennedy had less than 30 grams of marijuana in her purse and was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Parr was being held in the Johnson County jail on $93,000 bond. Kennedy was released on $1,000 bond.
