Kelvin Summars walked through downtown Indianapolis, drawing hoots and requests for pictures from passers-by.
He was dressed in a blue Colts jacket with blue-and-silver beads around his neck. He wore a football mask with eye and mouth holes cut out.
But it wasn’t his outfit that caught people’s attention.
Hanging from a string around his neck was a sign that read “Will Work for Super Bowl Tickets.”
