Two more contested races will be on the May ballot, as new candidates have filed for a U.S. representative seat and a new county judge position.
Republican Marla Clark filed to run for judge of Superior Court 4, which will open in 2015. She will face Joe Villaneuva in the primary.
Two more Democrats have filed for the 9th Congressional District seat, setting up a three-way race for the party nomination. James McClure and William Joseph “Billy” Thomas filed, joining Bill Bailey who filed in January.
