A Franklin man has been sentenced to six years in prison for having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
Erick Matthew Kilpatrick, 18, 800 Walnut St., pleaded guilty Thursday to child molesting, a Class B felony.
He was sentenced as part of a plea agreement with the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office, deputy prosecutor Doug Cummins said.
