A New Whiteland man was arrested after thousands of dollars in jewelry were taken from an acquaintance’s home and sold, police said.
Nicholas Gary Bowman, 26, was arrested Friday on charges of theft and residential entry.
A Greenwood resident called police to say he thought Bowman had taken jewelry from his home. He called police again Thursday when he saw Bowman in his home without permission, according to a Greenwood Police Department report.
