To the editor:

My name is Eric Walthour, and I am a fourth-grader at Needham Elementary School.

I am writing to you about my concern about school bus safety and bullying.

I believe that there should be seat belts on every school bus. I also believe that there are too many kids on the buses. We need more buses with seat belts in order to get every kid to school safely.

I also believe we need to do more as a community to raise awareness about bullying. There are kids being bullied every day in places where they should feel safe. I get bullied on the school bus, in school and in other places in my community where I should feel safe.

We need to work together to make sure everyone feels safe and protected from bullies.
