Letter: President unworthy of being re-elected

To the editor:

Can someone please tell me since when our nation needs to be watched by other nations to make sure the voting is done right? The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is calling for these countries to be in key state polling places in Texas, Wisconsin, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

I think it would be just as good to keep a watchful eye on the Black Panthers, who in 2008 were outside polling places in Atlanta, Ga., keeping people afraid to go in because they stood there with night sticks and used verbal assaults to scare them.

Since when do we need foreign countries to keep watch on people going in the polling places to assure they have the right to vote?

What’s the matter Mr. President? Are you afraid that without the help of thugs stationed outside of these places, your chances of being re-elected are not very likely? Sir, you are showing America that, due to this tactic, you are unworthy of a second term as president of this nation for four more years.
