An Indianapolis man was found guilty of voyeurism after police say he used a cellphone to watch a woman in a dressing room at Greenwood Park Mall.
Christopher Stone, 23, of 8817 Summer Walk Drive, will be sentenced for the felony charge within the next 30 days.
Stone was found guilty in a jury trial this week, according to a Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office news release. He could face up to three years in prison.
On April 19, Greenwood police were called to the mall after a woman said she saw someone holding a cellphone over the top of her dressing room wall, according to a Greenwood Police Department report.
Police officers reviewed surveillance video from the store and saw a man running from the dressing room, the report said. They later identified Stone, an employee at a restaurant in the mall, after receiving an anonymous tip, according to the report. He was arrested in June.
