The northbound lanes of Interstate 65 are closed south of Franklin due to an overturned semitrailer.
A semitrailer struck a bridge and overturned near the 86 mile marker at about 6:45 a.m.
Both lanes of traffic are blocked as workers remove the truck from the road and clean up diesel fuel that spilled, Indiana State Police Trooper Clifford Brooks said.
Drivers are being sent to U.S. 31 in Edinburgh during the clean-up. State police did not know when when lanes would be reopened.
