Hospital using pond to water lawn, not breaking ban

If you see a sprinkler running at a southside hospital, don’t assume it is breaking the Indianapolis lawn-watering ban.

Franciscan St. Francis Health of Indianapolis will continue to water its grass and landscaping.

The water is coming from a retention pond on the hospital’s property and is not using Citizen Water supplies.
