Habitat for Humanity seeking home applicants

Follow Daily Journal:

Local families who need a place to live can apply to get a Habitat for Humanity home until April 30.

Habitat houses are sold to low-income families at no profit and are financed with no-interest loans. The homes are built with volunteer labor and donations of money and materials. The monthly mortgage payments are paid to Habitat and help finance the construction of future Habitat houses.

Applications are available at www.habitatjohnsoncounty.org or by calling 736-4454.
