Follow Daily Journal:

The Indiana Funeral Education Foundation has recognized William Meredith, owner and director of Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation and Personalization Center in Morgantown, as an Isaac Ball Fellow.

The designation recognizes those who have made a significant financial contribution toward the ongoing mission of the education foundation. The foundation funds funeral service scholarships, supports continuing education for funeral directors, donates to charitable causes and operates the funeral resource center.

The resource center provides resources and information regarding death, dying, grief, suicide and loss with books, videos, brochures, music, historical records, and other educational materials for the profession and the public in order to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the funeral profession, its history in Indiana, and societal changes in death-related customs.

Founded in 1880, the Indiana Funeral Directors Association is the professional organization serving Indiana’s funeral service professionals.
